Hello friends,
No doubt you’ve noticed that “Trust No One”, the compilation album that collects the early years of Tsunami Bomb’s EPs from 1998-2000, is currently no longer available on streaming services.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but the rights to the album are being transferred back to us from Cleopatra Records/Kung Fu Records, so for 6 months as they sell off the remaining stock of “Trust No One” the album is currently unavailable online. This would be a good time to get a physical copy of “Trust No One” while you still can, and they are currently on sale in their online store.
Once the rights fully revert to us in August, we will restore the tracks to streaming services. I know that’s a bit of a wait, but we want to make sure that Cleopatra Records/Kung Fu Records has every opportunity to move as much of their inventory as possible.
It is our hope that we will purchase the remaining inventory of “Trust No One” to sell ourselves, but moving forward it’s our intention to split the release into two different releases. First, we intend to release a new version of “The Invasion From Within” EP on vinyl with the original artwork by Logan Whitehurst for the first time. This is something we are very excited about and can’t wait to do.
The remaining tracks, from the “B-Movie Queens” split 7” and the “Mayhem On The High Seas” 7”, and the bonus tracks will be assembled into a new release complication with new art and a new title. More on that soon.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this transition. Thank you so much for caring our about band and thank you so much for all your support. On behalf of all of Tsunami Bomb (past and present) we love you all.
More news as we have it, but rest assured we’ll get the tracks back up ASAP. We have a lot of exciting news coming up, so stay tuned!
