Tsunami Bomb Cancels PNW Appearances

A more detailed statement to follow when we can…

It is with incredible sadness that Tsunami Bomb has to cancel all dates in the PNW this weekend, including tonight’s show in Portland and the following appearances in Everett, Seattle, and Bremerton, due to an unexpected and serious health issue affecting one of our members.

We want to make it clear that we do not make this decision lightly. We have explored every possible option to make these shows happen before ultimately having to admit that we cannot proceed. While we want to respect our bandmate’s privacy at this time, please understand that this situation has caught the rest of us by surprise, and we currently have members both in Portland and in transit.

This is not how we normally operate as a band, and we do not cancel shows lightly.

All of this is so unexpected, and we are absolutely gutted that we can’t move forward with any semblance of a show for you all. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to the promoters, the venues, the other bands we were scheduled to play with, and everyone who purchased tickets.

The shows in Portland at @the_high_water_mark has been cancelled altogether and refunds will be automatically handled for those that pre-bought tickets

The show at @tonyvsgarage looks to be going ahead with the two other bands still performing and they have lowered the price to $10. You can contact the venue for info about refunds

The show at @elcorazonseattle is still happening with the four other awesome bands on the bill, but refunds are available to anyone that requests one - please contact them directly for more information on that

The show in Bremerton at @thecharleston333 is still happening with the three other bands performing - please contact them directly for the most current information about the show and to ask about possible refunds

We can’t express enough how sorry and disappointed we are with this outcome.
